Orders and Cancellations:
We collaborate with major global logistics companies such as FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS, who partner with local courier services to deliver directly to your home. We are pleased to offer a fixed shipping fee of £2.99 for all destinations worldwide. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders very quickly (we are very efficient!). Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will not be able to make any changes. We accept order cancellations within 24 hours before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations can be made within the time frame before the shipment date, as stated on the website. However, once the product has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.
Shipping Confirmation:

Incorrect Address Disclaimer:

Once we receive the order, we begin processing it immediately, so we cannot modify the address after submission. If the order has already been processed by our shipping department, we will not be able to cancel or amend the order to change the address.
